House rules

1. Lock all doors and windows when leaving property

2. Please minimize noise between 11:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.

3. If you encounter any issues with our neighbors, please notify us as soon as reasonably possible.

4. We understand that accidents do happen and kindly request that you report any accidental breakages or damages to us before checking out.

6. Please double-check that you have switched off all the lights or other electrical devices before you go out. Also set A/C back to 78 degrees

7. Leave all trash in the trash cans for our cleaner!

8. Please make sure all appliances are off and back to their original state (including faucets turned off).

9. Check out is at 10:00 AM sharp, unless expressly communicated and agreed upon with host.

10. Only the number of guests that were indicated during the booking process will be allowed at the home unless expressly communicated and agreed upon with the host. There are exterior cameras that will monitor anyone entering and leaving the house. If more guests arrive at the home than indicated in the booking you will be charged the standard fee of $15.00 per night per extra guest.

11. Absolutely no parties whatsoever are allowed. (a party is any amount of guests over our house limit) unless expressly communicated and agreed upon with the host. All parties will result in an extra fee of $750.00. If a guest smokes in the house there will be a fee of $500.00
If there are any remnants of pet urine/feces in the property there will be an additional cleaning fee of $250.00.
Must check out at designated check out time. Late fee is $100

Additional rules included if you are accompanied by pets.

1 .Please respect the house and clean up after all pets!
2. No pets on furniture.
3. We understand accidents happen, please notify us as soon as possible if
damages occur. You will be held liable for any damages caused by your
pet.
4. Pick up waste.
5. MUST be potty trained.
6. Dogs must be on a leash.
